Cancellation & Store Policy

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made within 48 to 24 hours of notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment.

Non-cancellations or “NO-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked.

*Discount vouchers purchased on a third-party site:  Cancellation or changes are accepted with 48 hours of notice.  Late cancellations or No-Shows are subject to a charge equivalent to the value of the purchased per service..  Expired vouchers will be honored for the purchased amount towards that exact service at full price..

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. 

Eyelash extensions is a passion driven service, therefor we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone following any reasonable cause.

We do not carry sensitive glue and do not accept clients with previous allergic reaction. 

There will be no refunds available, with no exceptions.

We ask that you please make arrangement for your children to be cared for during your appointment. We are unable to watch over unattended children in our store at any time. Thank you.
